Back to the Roots

Tea originated in China and the tea traditions of East Asia are the root of all learning for tea lovers anywhere.

Growing and making tea is not just a recipe that can be easily replicated – it’s truly an art that evolved over millennia, in tandem with the surrounding culture, community and environment.

Shall We Tea is dedicated to honoring the farmers who today grow and produce pure, masterfully crafted tea using traditional methods, in harmony with nature.

My mission is to spread appreciation for simple, honest, quality tea, that owes its complexity to nature and the tea master's prowess, rather than added flavoring.

I hope to grow a like-minded community of tea lovers in the greater Sioux Falls area and beyond.

Kind Words

"In this day-late and dollar-short world in which we live, discovering and exploring the world of tea is one of life's greatest pleasures. There is peacefulness and intellectual complexity uniquely to be found in the drinking of fine teas."
